Dickens stayed at the Royal York Hotel, Bath during a three day stay with friends in 1840.

St. James's Square.

Dickens visited his friend and fellow author Walter Savage Landor, who lived at 35, St. James's Square.

White Hart Hotel

Site of The White Hart Inn, which Charles Dickens featured in The Pickwick Papers.
